Dan joined Watlow in August 2023 as the chief operating officer. She brought with her over 30 years of extended global experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, business development and M&A integration in a broad range of industries. Dan was the chief operating officer of Boyd Corporation prior to joining Watlow. Other successful roles include senior vice president of global operations for II-VI (now Coherent) and vice president of global operations for TE Connectivity Broad Band Network Solutions BU. Dan has a master’s degree of law from University of Pittsburgh, MBA from New York Institute of Technology and bachelor’s degree from Xiamen University.
