Erica joined Watlow in February 2024 as chief human resources officer. She has over 25 years’ experience in human resources and, most recently, was leading the global talent acquisition function at Bayer where she drove a multi-year global talent acquisition transformation. She has led human resources across a variety of global functions in the agriculture industry at Bayer and Monsanto and spent time in financial services at Edward Jones earlier in her career. Erica has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in human resources management from Washington University in St. Louis.
