Zac joined Watlow in February 2025 as the senior vice president and general manager, leading the newly established Industrials business unit, which integrates Watlow’s energy and environmental technologies and thermal solutions divisions. Zac has over 20 years of experience in business leadership, product management and strategic marketing. Before joining Watlow, he held a vice president and general manager role at Legrand, North America. He also held positions with increasing responsibility at Emerson. Zac served in the United States Army with the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Illinois where he received a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and his MBA.
